Jack & Darcy is a Boutique in Historic Milledgeville, Georgia owned by Rachel Phillips and her father John Watts. While traveling through Milledgeville for the first time since she attended the local college, Rachel fell in love with the town's historic charm. After working in real estate development for five years, Rachel saw the need for a high style and affordable boutique downtown and decided to open Jack & Darcy with her father's help. John being a recently retired magistrate, was ready to get back to work and was excited about starting a family business.

The Boutique is named after Rachel's dog Darcy and John's dog Jack. Jack & Darcy caters to both men and women of all ages and is pet friendly.
